My name is Fintan Mc Gee and I am Head Coach for Playball in the Dublin West and Dublin Mid-West Constituencies.

The Playball Sport & Movement Development program has been active in various Primary Schools and Montessori Schools in the Lucan area since 2009!!!!!!!

The Playball program has been developed internationally over the last 25 years. Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Teachers and Professional Sport Coaches area all adding to the worldwide success of Playball.

Children from the age of 2 are taught in our AGE SPECIFIC programs. In Playball, children learn the basis for sports such as Hockey, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Football, Baseball, Cricket and many more.

We believe sport plays an important role in each child’s education.  As well as teaching children the skills and knowledge required to play various sports, there are many important life-long lessons that Playball teaches. 

Playball provides our children with a firm foundation of sport skills and we encourage them to attain a comfortable level of competence. We further believe children should be encouraged to participate and to perform to their full potential.

Children learn values such as teamwork, discipline, pride in performance and always giving of their best and these lessons all contribute to the formation of well-rounded characters.

The most important aim of our sports program is to develop a love of sport and a healthy lifestyle, as this will benefit our children for the rest of their lives.

All the coaches employed at Playball Fintan are qualified and competent sports coaches capable of developing appropriate sports behaviour and skills technique.  We are passionate about children and sport.

Sessions are coached weekly and last 35-55 minutes (depending on the age group).

Playball parties are exciting and a definite for a highly active party!!
